About Chrissie

Chrissie Best studied art at Christchurch College, Canterbury and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Art. She taught art in school for 10 years before setting up a studio at home in the mid 1990s. Chrissie has always had a passion for flowers and produces 'larger than life' flower paintings, in which she tries to show the luminosity and colour of the subject.

Each of her flower paintings takes around 80 hours to complete. These originals are not currently for sale but superior quality and perfectly colour-matched giclée prints are available.

Chrissie sells to various galleries and private clients throughout the UK.
